Help for setting up Wedding Jukebox, running guest requests and preparing for the day.

For the fastest help, include your device model, iOS version, Wedding Jukebox app version, selected music provider, event date, guest page link or event code if relevant, and the steps that caused the issue.

Setup and event checks

Open Wedding Jukebox, add the couple names and wedding date, then build the day as music moments such as ceremony, reception, speeches, first dance and evening party.

Before the wedding, test the full flow: open the guest page, send a request, approve or queue it in the app, then confirm playlists, cue songs and live playback behave as expected.

Guest request website

Use the Requests website tab in the app to create the guest request page, share the QR code or link, and choose whether requests need approval, play next or join the queue.

If guests cannot access the page, check that the event is active, the event code is correct, the request page has not expired and the host device has a network connection.

Music playback

Apple Music playback requires an active Apple Music subscription and permission to access Apple Music and the media library. Spotify playback requires a signed-in Spotify account and an eligible playback device.

If search or playback is unavailable, check network connection, provider account status, app permissions and whether the selected songs are available in your region.

Purchases and access

App Store purchases, refunds and subscription billing are managed by Apple. For billing or refund questions, use Apple's App Store purchase support.

If Wedding Jukebox does not recognise an active purchase or event allowance, contact support with the app version, device model and the purchase tier shown in the app.

Wedding-day reliability

Keep the host iPhone charged, connected and unlocked while running live playback.

Have the QR code, event link and access code available offline in case the venue connection is unreliable.
