Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Wedding Jukebox, including the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps, customer account portal, public website, admin website and guest request pages.

By using Wedding Jukebox, you agree to these terms. If you download Wedding Jukebox from Apple's App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement unless a separate custom licence is provided in App Store Connect.

Wedding Jukebox helps hosts plan wedding music, connect Apple Music, manage playback moments and create a private guest request page for an event.

The host is responsible for checking music, playlists, guest request settings, venue connectivity and playback devices before the event.

Guest request pages are intended for private event use. Hosts choose either Moderated requests or Not Moderated requests that are sent to play next automatically, and may also enable voting.

Guests must not submit unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, misleading or infringing content. Guests can report a visible request from the event page, and Wedding Jukebox may block or remove content, sessions or access where needed to protect the service, hosts, guests or legal rights.

Apple Music service availability, catalogue access, playback rights, subscriptions and regional restrictions are controlled by Apple.

Wedding Jukebox does not grant music rights, performance licences or public performance permissions. Hosts are responsible for any licences or venue requirements that apply to their event.

App Store purchases, subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations and refunds are managed by Apple under the App Store terms shown at purchase.

A paid plan is attached to the Wedding Jukebox account used at purchase or restore. Signed-in planning devices are unlimited, but commercial live-event capacity is limited by plan: Plus supports one, Premium five and Pro fifteen simultaneous live events and current published events. Each live event can be run from one device at a time, and a device can run one event.

If a subscription ends or is downgraded, existing event data is preserved. New live events and publication beyond the active allowance may be blocked, and excess current events may become read-only until the owner chooses which events remain active.

Deleting a Wedding Jukebox account does not cancel an App Store subscription. The owner must cancel billing separately through Apple Subscriptions.

The account owner is responsible for protecting their Apple identity and signed-in sessions. Access may not be silently transferred to another Wedding Jukebox account.

Planning, observing and request moderation may continue on signed-in devices without live control. Only the device in control can change playback, cues, the active moment, now playing or automatic played status.

Taking control from another device stops its online control immediately. If that device is offline, local playback may continue until it reconnects or its offline access expires, so hosts should coordinate changes carefully.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests under its purchase terms and applicable law.

You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, bypass security, access another event without permission or use Wedding Jukebox in a way that could harm the service or other users.

You must not use Wedding Jukebox for unlawful events, unlawful content, spam, harassment, impersonation or activity that infringes another person's rights.

Wedding Jukebox, its design, branding, software and website content are owned by Wedding Jukebox or its licensors and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without permission.

Hosts and guests remain responsible for the information they submit. You give Wedding Jukebox permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service.

Wedding Jukebox is provided as a practical event tool, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Internet access, venue networks, device state, provider availability and App Store services can affect performance.

Wedding Jukebox may update, suspend, remove or change features where needed for security, reliability, provider requirements, legal reasons or product improvement.

A host may stop using Wedding Jukebox at any time. Wedding Jukebox may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, abuse, security risk, non-payment, provider requirements or material breach of these terms.

Ending access does not remove rights or obligations that arose beforehand. The Privacy Policy explains the retention and deletion of information after an event or account use ends.

Wedding Jukebox is provided without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedding Jukebox is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, event disruption, music-provider outages, unavailable songs, venue connectivity, device issues or content submitted by hosts or guests.
